The primary purpose of data collection is to allow all responsible persons, interested in the development of the Alba Iulia Smart City Project and the solutions tested within it to be informed, to be able to communicate with the project team, to be able to comment on the solutions presented and be able to integrate, including through personal contributions, into the local and national community addressing such innovative projects of major impact for the sustainable development of local communities.
The general purposes of collecting personal data are intended to be legitimately explained directly as:
a) Improvement and development of services offered by the municipality of Alba Iulia
We analyze how you use our services to better understand and see what we can improve and how we can collaborate in implementing intelligent solutions that can contribute to the sustainable development of the city; The main goal is to inform, collect opinions, comments, ideas on the development of the Alba Iulia Smart City Project, to collaborate with citizens and legal persons who want to test or engage in the development of the project, including within partnerships; The secondary goal is to increase access to digital services and to limit bureaucracy in relation to Alba Iulia, including applications and projects related to Alba Iulia Smart City Project
b) Information for visitors, partners or supporters of the Alba Iulia Smart City project, including the exchange of experiences and best practices in a new field, which requires multidisciplinary expertise
c) Developing the network of users of intelligent solutions, by involving citizens and all stakeholders, and ensuring their personal data security

5. How long do we keep your personal data?
We have no right to keep your personal data data than during the period in which they are necessary for the purpose for which we initially requested them.
6. What obligations do we have in the processing and collection of personal data
As a personal data controller, the municipality of Alba Iulia has a legal obligation to ensure:

Information on solutions developed within the Alba Iulia Smart City Project, diagrams, photos, trade names and other related information, are the property of the partners providing and implementing them, being prohibited from using them in any way, including reproduction, copying, citing, being protected under the law.
Alba Iulia Municipality guarantees users limited access to personal interest website and electronic registration, subscription and contact forms, and does not confer the right to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit the site, forms or Content in any manner, for commercial purposes, informative or contrary to the interests of the Alba Iulia Smart City project.
Any attempt to access the content of the website or the form of the website, or to affect the performance of the server on which it is running will be considered an attempted fraud and will move independent, civil or criminal research against those who have tried this, depending on the severity of the act.

Any dispute relating to a dispute arising out of these terms and conditions is to be resolved by the competent courts of Romania. The choice of competence is in favor of both parties.
The municipality of Alba Iulia reserves the right to update the terms and conditions with prior notification to persons who have given their consent to the detailed provisions of this document.
